If you can handle DW, you could handle a lot of forums. Just not some of the older ones. MyBB uses HTML and CSS with variables to make it's layout, and though it's complicated a bit it's not much harder than editing a normal page with CSS/HTML. SMF's layouts, however, are little bitches. D:<

I was in HP ones, but yes that's the idea. Tumblr feels different to me, but I think a large portion of that is the discussions being hard thing. I, too, tumblr'd before it was super popular! Lmao it was so different. :l

TBH I'm not sure I'd make another layout with this base (Planet Caravan), as I don't especially enjoy the title/subtitle bouncing around the navigation at will.
