Okay no problem! Here's the thing, it's actually from the original stylesheet, not my one, (cos it looked the same so I kept it and didn't change!)

The original stylesheet code is:
.module-userprofile .userpic img {
background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% rgb(37, 37, 37);
border: 1px solid rgb(37, 37, 37);
padding: 5px;
}

So basically just override that and add the !important (and with a lot of 0px or none for what you don't need)!!
